Hello, my son has a 50cc Piaggio Typhoon scooters and blink when they switched really fast. I cleaned all the contacts and the damned still on both sides! Whats up with them?

Wrong size bulbs.
6v bulbs in a 12V system will flash quickly.
Did you just replace the flashing lights?
