Can I still use my analog cell phone? - nec digital pabx mannual

I have an old analog cell phone, NEC 1989th I have a much newer phone, but the first so-retro, and I thought it was a bit cold that it does not work yet, but I heard that most businesses close their analog networks. Is there an analog-digital converter, no company that I can still buy analogue application?

I'm sorry, Dante. Nobody is there an analog phone. They are under strict mandates on the E911 capabilities, and the cell analong meet not only the accuracy. They also want the spectrum of modern technologies such as GSM and CDMA. They offer higher capacity (room for guests) and capacity of the money.

AT & T is completely shut down their analog sites, and I suspect that Verizon Alltel is in the air for much longer. The only place you can drag in some rural areas.

And Christine? Do not use Verizon, Sprint, Alltel, MetroPCS, Cricket and many small businesses GSM at all, and probably never do.
