3.0 Mercruiser Will Not Idle!? - mercruiser broken cativation plate

I have bought Rinker 1994 with a Mercruiser 3.0L Alpha 1, the boat would be launched in May and there and a fine of idle (a little rough but not bad). He had the hood have replaced the prop .. while I fix some throttle hung in carbohydrates (Jerry was manipulated .. spit from the plate on the binding of carbohydrates had cable ... everything is broken, the engineer is to remove bolt and install a new one.) returned the boat and would not idle at all. There should be 1 / 4-1 / 2 on the gas to get it started. This would be a load to the point where you click again stalled ... pull it into neutral and it dies and will not begin until the throttle advanced. It is idle long enough that engang start. What I know is that gas from the last season. It has supposibly stabilizer can not be guaranteed. Blankets awful (though not black oily). Plugging in the morning and ending with gas. Any idea? Thanks
