I need help with foundation!!!? - medication broken capillary

I am 16 years old. I have oily skin, pimples, broken capillaries (around the nose), the base and yes, the acne scars on the lower cheeks.

Every morning, I need 15 minutes to do my makeup routine.
I apply a toner cartridge, my cons prescription acne and moisturizing. Then apply a primer. The former does not contribute at all (Proactiv).

My Make-up:
Clinique Foundation
Sheer Cover Concealer
Makeup Clinique Almost Powder (powder)

However, half of the day is the make-up is not available and my skin is very oily!

This is a fast liquid foundation or powder that could be used instead of all this shit?
